By submitting this order, I authorize Lifespan closets to fulfill the order as specified in this estimate.


I will remain responsible for payment of the costs incurred in fulfillment of this order and shall pay the total amount due, in full, within the agreed terms. Unpaid invoices shall incur interest at a rate of 18% per annum, or 1.5% per month. All costs of collection for unpaid invoices, including attorney's fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your design is final. You can't edit your design once checkout button is clicked. It is recommended to save your design before checking out so that you can reopen it later.
